Thich Nhat Hanh cautions those who wait for the salvation that comes after death: There are some people who believe that they will enter the Kingdom of God, or the Pure Land, after they die. I don’t agree with them. I know that you don’t have to die in order to get into the Kingdom of God. In fact, you have to be alive to do so.
