First, you must realize you are asleep, then you are awake.
Then you must die, so you can be born.
You can not be born until you die and you can not die until you wake.
Jungian psychology

I have always enjoyed the story of a multitude of people with Buddha wanting to know how he was so illumined and how he was such a healer and how he could change the vibration of darkness into light. As everyone was awaiting for the lengthy, complicated answer, he replied,” I am awake.”

We are always dying (letting go of the old) on the spiritual path and bringing forth the new. We are always waking up. It is a constant change and transition that is occurring in our lives on an ongoing basis. We are resurrecting from the old paradigm of who we think we are and into more of the heightened consciousness into who we came here to be.

The spring equinox brought forth the vibrant energy that “springs” forth the new life around us. The plants that have been lying dormant will rise to the occasion and celebrate life in a way of being totally awake and ready to live fully. The reality of these plants is that they have been lying dormant and waiting to be birthed.. All the time, the idea and the potential manifestation was there.

The same is true for each one of us. People say, “How do I get to where I need to be.” The answer is the natural you, the consciousness you, is lying dormant ready to spring out in its abundance and your part is to let the old go in order for the new to live fully. How you describe yourself, how you allow others to treat you, old habits that you have, ways of treating your body temple must resurrect into a more natural and higher form of being. As Buddha said, “You are now awake,” therefore acting as if you are still sleeping will only cause hardship in your life. And you will remain uncomfortable in your body, your life and your relationships.

Let us all make a decision this to wake and step into “Who” we came here to be.

In love with life,
Temple
