There is one life, that life is God, that life is our life right now. I remember the first time I heard a Unity minister speak that truth. I could feel it in every cell and fiber of my being as I listened to her message. Reverend Dr. Johnny Coleman is about 9 feet tall, and has this presence that filled the space she stood in. She said “There’s one life, that life is God, and that life is our life right now!”

You could just see the power that was coming from her. The life of that affirmation appeared to fill her with that knowing, that Spirit Consciousness. She went on to say, “I feel great, I look great, and I am great. So I give you that one as well.”

We are told in Ephesians 4:24 to clothe yourself in the new, made in the image and likeness of God. Clothe yourself, cover yourself up, shield yourself, protect yourself, connect with your spiritual energy, hold on to it and the essence of who you are as a spiritual being. To be in the consciousness of that affirmative power allows us to heal.
