I have the good fortune of living in Florida, and never once have I witnessed a worn-out egret that affirms how difficult and challenging it is to be itself. There is no struggle, most of all because the egret is not questioning its yesterday today, not holding on to the memory of the fish that someone took away last week, and not questioning why it had to be an egret in the first place. The Egret simply is, and all the current energy and vibrancy it has in its now moment is coming from an inner awakening of Spirit, existing in what is and what is possible. The bird is an egret without regret. It is unlimited in being possible.
