The ability to speak from your truth is one of the most important tools you will ever have to impact others both personally and professionally. Storytelling is still the most popular form of communication in our society today. Right now I am sure you could think of at least 25 stories which have changed your life for the better, simply because someone was able to tell a story that related to your current situation in life with confidence and power.
Often in a world where you are longing to create positive changes and be role models you ask yourself, “How can I make a difference?” You identify with a life of purpose by thinking of various ways in which you can contribute your time, talent and treasures in order to do so.
The most simplistic yet profound way to make a difference or as Gandhi stated to ‘be the change you wish to see’ is the way you speak. Speaking means more than stating large syllable words and impressing people with your vocabulary. Speaking to make a difference means that you use words that are filled with the energy of confidence and power, making them energetic, electrifying and contagious.
