There are two fatal errors that keep great projects from coming to life:

Not finishing
Not starting

-Buddha

Many people stop just before the diet really works or right before they finish a project that could lead them to a new sense of accomplishment. It is too easy at times to walk away and “get by” with just enough at the end of the day rather than asking ourselves, “Did I give this day, this moment, this relationship, this patient all I have”…..I realized a number of years ago when I would see someone for counseling that they would talk about every subject in the world…until we got to the last five minutes and then they would start addressing the real issues.

Don’t wait in your life, at your work, with your friends or colleagues for the last five minutes. Be dedicated to be authentic and give all that you can in this moment. When you are at work…focus your attention there, when you are with your child do not think about work….being present is so crucial to benefiting from the magic that lives right now.
