So many people have come to accept death as a way of life. People die a little each day when they get up in the morning and start their day with the focus of what is missing, then they go to get the newspaper which tells them there is not enough oil, air, life, and opportunity and then they listen to the news which tells them it’s worse than you could possibly imagine and there is not hope for most.
As Rev. Michael Beckwith, Agape International founder and leader says, “ the problem with the news is they are never focusing on the emerging paradigm, they are always working from the old paradigm.” Ralph Waldo Emerson in the late 1800’s said, “Do not listen to the news because the news is only wanting to tell people what they should think.”
People die a little everyday when they rely upon the external reality to dictate or to declare the internal well-beingness. To know God is good all the time, and that this supportive, universal power wears blue jeans. God is out-of-the-closet, relaxed fit, good for every day wear that loves everyone unconditionally.
